Artist Bio:
Melissa has been a My Path client since August 2024. She is a self taught artist who has many creative visions. She has used many mediums over the years and would love one day to use her art in therapeutic setting assisting others to stay in the present moment while participating in ‘playtime.’ Often times it is challenging to express ourselves in words, and easier to do so with color and creation. Additionally she recently completed her Yoga Certification through the Yoga Center Retreat.
What makes your art unique?
Every piece of art Melissa creates is one of a kind. She trusts the flow of the paint and through the pour comes each unique creation. Like any true artist she loves to experiment with any medium and any method. If bring her an idea, she can bring it to life!
What is the best part about being able to sell your art?
I would hope that people can get enjoyment from my creations. I take pride in the work I do, and this process of creating and selling my work not only provides financial gain, but more so supports my mental health and wellbeing as it provides motivation for me to get up and work each day.
