ACCESSING SERVICES
FUNDING OPTIONS FOR MY PATH SERVICES
There are several options for funding services through My Path. These include: working with Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), using waiver funding, or private pay options. All three are outlined in more detail below. There are pros and cons to each, so all options should be considered for your specific situation.

VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES (VRS)
MN DEED’s Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) can help connect you with services provided by My Path, as we are a contracted community partner of the state.
Services need to be approved and then are authorized by VRS Counselors. Getting initial approval for services can take some time. However, once approved, all services are then covered by VRS.

MINNESOTA WAIVERS
A Minnesota state waiver for long-term disability is a program that pays for services to help people with disabilities. Services through My Path can be covered through the waiver.
You can talk with your family, medical team, county representative, or Disability Hub MN to decide if a waiver is right for you.
PRIVATE PAY
If you aren’t on a waiver or don’t qualify for services through VRS, there’s also a private pay option to work with My Path.
This option allows the flexibility to add, edit, and pivot with services, as needed, which can be a great benefit. Plus, My Path can start working with clients right away, no approval or authorizations required.
The standard hourly rate is $110.00 with price breaks for courses and bundled services.
