Joining A Video Conferencing Meeting

Thank you for participating in an upcoming video conferencing session with My Path.  We are looking forward to providing services and partnering with you to create your customized action plan.  

Below is some information that might assist you in accessing your upcoming video conferencing session.  Please plan to connect to the meeting at least five (5) minutes early to ensure that you are able to gain access by the start time.

To join the meeting, you should use a private, electronic device such as a computer or smartphone, that contains a built-in or attached camera and microphone (both of which should be turned on).  You will also need internet access.

My Path is using Google Meet to deliver its video conferencing services.  To access your upcoming meeting, please follow the steps below

If you received an email notification…

  1. Click the link in the email.

If you are joining via your Google Calendar…

  1. Log into your Gmail account.

  2. Click on your calendar found under the nine-dot box in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. 

  3. Click on the displayed event in your calendar.

  4. Then, click the “Join with Google Meet” button.

  5. A pop-up box will ask you if you will allow Meet to use your camera and microphone, as well as notifications.  Click “allow” to each.

  6. You will then see a question asking if you would like to join the meeting.  Click the “join now” button.

If you don’t have a Google account…

No problem.  Join via the meeting link you received.  My Path will grant you access to join the meeting.
