Participants will work together as they have adventures in a fantasy world with social problem-solving. Social interactions are the heart of what makes the game fun and leads to critical success! We will focus on: communication, collaboration, problem solving, and personalized social skills.

This is My Path’s Permit Prep Program.

A My Path Employment Specialist will help participants prepare for the MN Driver’s Permit Test.

My Path understands that this test can make people very nervous! That’s why we work on content knowledge, test taking strategies, and building confidence.

Employment Specialists can assist participants in scheduling your permit test at the DMV.

Bloomington, Minnesota

This is an evidence-based social skills program developed at UCLA and now being taught by My Path specialists. The program teaches young adults conversation and friendship skills through lessons, role-play demonstration, and socialization activities.

Participants will learn these skills during a 6-week course:

• Use appropriate conversational skills

• Use humor appropriately

• Use electronic communication

• Find friendships

This is My Path’s Independent Living Program.

My Path uses curriculum that follows the model provided by the State of MN & DEED.

My Path Employment Specialists will educate and support individuals of all abilities with skills and knowledge to promote life long independence of activities of daily living.

Employment Specialist will get to know you and understand your level of ability and then make an action plan to provide the appropriate support and education.

Complete the form to sign-up for My Path's summer Social Skills Class in Buffalo, MN! This course will use the PEERS curriculum, which is a research and evidence based program developed at UCLA.

This course will be offered on: Wednesdays, July 9 - August 13 (12 PM - 2 PM)
