These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MyPath Operations App ("the App"), an internal platform operated by MY PATH, LLC for use by authorized staff members only.

1. AUTHORIZED USE
Access to the App is limited to current MY PATH employees and contractors who have been granted credentials by an administrator. Users may not share login credentials or access the App on behalf of unauthorized individuals.

2. DATA HANDLED
The App processes client operational data including service authorizations, billing entries, and service notes. This data is stored securely in Supabase (HIPAA-eligible infrastructure) and is subject to MY PATH's existing HIPAA Privacy Policy. No client data is shared with third parties except as required to operate the App (e.g., QuickBooks for invoicing).

3. QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION

The App connects to QuickBooks Online on behalf of MY PATH to create and manage invoices. Users authorize MY PATH to transmit billing data to QuickBooks as part of normal operations. The QuickBooks connection is managed at the organization level by authorized administrators.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree to use the App only for legitimate work purposes related to their role at MY PATH. Misuse, unauthorized data access, or sharing of client information outside approved workflows is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

5. CHANGES
MY PATH may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
