FANATICS WORK EXPERIENCE AT TCO!

What a special opportunity for My Path clients! 💜💛Work Experiences at the Fanatics Store during Vikings Training Camp gave clients the chance to build real-world job skills in a truly unique environment. Throughout their shifts, clients rotated through different roles, gaining hands-on experience with greeting, stocking, customer service, merchandising, and cashiering.

More than anything, this experience gave clients a supportive space to try new things, discover their strengths and interests, and build confidence along the way. We’re incredibly grateful to Fanatics for helping create such a memorable and meaningful opportunity!

MY PATH IN THE COMMUNITY

My Path will be represented at various events this fall. We’d love to see you - stop by and say hello!

Building on the mission Nate Evens started with My Path in 2020, we’re excited to introduce My Path: The EMPOWER Project, a new nonprofit focused on creating more pathways to meaningful employment.

The EMPOWER Project will provide hands-on, in-house opportunities for individuals to build job skills, gain real-world experience, explore their strengths, and grow their confidence—all with the goal of preparing for competitive employment.

The project will also partner with employers to build more inclusive workplaces through neurodiversity training, consultation, and support. Together, these efforts will open more doors and create pathways for individuals to contribute their talents in the workplace and community.
