MY PATH is a comprehensive life coaching and career counseling services program that offers a continuum of options for those with disabilities seeking Career Exploration, Post- Secondary Education & Training Prep, Pre-Employment Skills, Life Skills, Employment Skills, and Disability Advocate Consultation. MY PATH also offers Training & Consultation for Businesses seeking to develop programs to attract and retain candidates with disabilities. All services are designed and implemented with one common theme in mind: accomplish our client's goals.

The mission of MY PATH is simple, Build confidence and independence in individuals with disabilities while fostering the courage and perseverance to accomplish their goals. To accomplish this, perspective clients and their families will work 1 on 1 with their MY PATH Life Coach through a person-centered process to find a “path” to follow which will lead to a fulfilling and rewarding life and career.
Seeking Progress not Perfection
Owner and certified Life Coach, Nate Evens, started MY PATH after seeing a need in our society and forming a simple belief. ALL Individuals can find their calling and add value to our society. Having worked with individuals with disabilities for over 15 years, Nate saw too many capable young adults not reaching their full potential. Having a disability should not limit the opportunities available to young adults.
Partnering with Twin Cities Businesses
At My Path, we have established many partnerships with business across the metro and the state. Through these partnerships, we aim to create opportunities for our the individuals we serve. This could be through completing a work experience, a job shadow, informational interview, workplace tour and more! These partnerships have lead to many success stores for both the individuals we serve, and the businesses we partner with.
